Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return or ask any return question, contact us through the contact form on our website at adoniscares.com and we will send instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and opened personal-care or cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons).

EU 14-day cooling-off period: If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
